Directions:
- Fill a 16-24oz water bottle 3/4 of the way with lukewarm water.
- Add your desired amount of drink mix. Each level scoop is 100 calories, making it easy for you to customize your serving.
- The more scoops you add the thicker the consistency will be. If you’re not sure where to start, try 1 scoop/ 10oz of water.
- Put the lid on and give it a shake until the drink mix is completely dissolved and don’t see clumps.
