Don’t let its size fool you, Wixter’s Sockeye Salmon may be one of the smaller species of Pacific Salmon, but it is packed with more nutrient-dense acids than its larger cousins. Wild-caught in the clean waters of the Cook Inlet, our Sockeye comes from one of the only salmon fisheries not enhanced by a hatchery spawn.
