Hi, I'm Chase Wark! I'm a gravel cyclist based out of Winona, Minnesota. I love to explore the endless gravel roads right outside of my front door in the Driftless region. When I'm not biking and drinking a bunch of Goodlife Carbs, I can be found working on hosting gravel events, coaching, building Legos, or most likely napping. I'm a self proclaimed aero dork who loves the long, grueling midwest races like Gravel Worlds and The Day Across Minnesota.
Chase's Favorite Recipe
Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients:
1 lb Certified Piedmontese ground beef
1 small onion, diced (optional)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag (about 2 lbs) frozen tater tots
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
-Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Certified Piedmontese ground beef (and onion, if using) until fully browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked beef with the cream of mushroom soup. Spread evenly in a 9x13 baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly over the beef mixture.
- Arrange tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the tots are golden brown and crispy.
