Hannah Otto
Hannah picked up bike racing at age of 9 and was hooked; 11 years later she received her pro card in mountain biking and triathlon. After winning the XTERRA Amateur World Championship in triathlon, she shifted her attention exclusively to mountain biking. She won five collegiate cycling national championships, multiple Pro- XCT titles, and represented USA Cycling on the World Championship XCO stage numerous times. In 2022, Hannah won the prestigious Leadville 100 mountain bike race, cementing herself as one of America’s top off road female cyclists. You can see Hannah racing in the Lifetime Grand Prix series and the XCM World Cup series. Â

Hannah's Favorite Recipe
Mahi Mahi with Sweet Potatoes
For Mahi Mahi:
- Melt Butter, and mix with garlic salt, juice of one lemon, paprika, and red pepper flakesÂ
- Pour butter mixture over Mahi MahiÂ
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes then broil for 1.5 minutesÂ
- Halfway through baking spoon the butter mixture back on top of mahi mahi
For sweet potatoes:Â
- Chop sweet potatoes and onions
- Mix with olive oil, salt, pepper, and chili powderÂ
- Bake for 30-40 minutes at 400 degreesÂ
- Remove from oven and while still hot mix in arugula and parmesan
