- 2 Wixter Seafood Ecuadorian Mahi-Mahi
- Half a head of a very small cabbage
- Chili lime rub
- Red onion
- Jalapenos
- Lime
- Cilantro
- Raw flour tortillas
- Spicy mayo
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Coat mahi-mahi with chili lime rub and let marinate
- Mandolin red onion and cabbage
- Slice up some jalapenos
- Chop cilantro
- Toss the jalapenos, onion, and cabbage in your spicy mayo, some lime juice, and cilantro
