Lamb Burger Recipe

This Juicy Lamb Burger is next-level delicious! Packed with bold flavors, perfectly seasoned, and grilled to perfection. With toppings like pickled onions, chopped arugula, and spicy mayo, we're certain this will leave you and your guests mouths watering.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound Great Range Ground Bison
  • 2 cups of chopped arugula
  • Quarter cup of pickled red onion
  • 8 tbsp of your favorite spicy mayo or aioli
  • Cheese slices (your preference)
  • Burger buns
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • Tsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a bowl:

  1. Add arugula
  2. Tsp of extra virgin olive oil
  3. Pinch of salt
  4. Pickled red onions
  5. Toss

Seaon Patties with salt and pepper on both sides

In a skillet:

  1. Add one tbsp of oil in the skillet
  2. Drop patties onto the skillet
  3. Remove when medium
  4. In the same skillet toast your buns and remove once toasted to your liking
  5. Put patties back onto the skillet and add cheese on top. Allow cheese to melt
  6. Spread your spicy aioli on the buns, add a patty, and top with the arugula and onion mixture. Enjoy!
