INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Truebridge Pork Tenderloin
- 2 cups of breadcrumbs
- 5 cloves of garlic
- Quarter cup of paremsan
- Quarter cup of finelely chopped parsley
- Quarter cup grape see oil or rice grain oil
- Splash of whole milk
- Salt
- Flour
- Egg
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Portion tenderloins and pound them flat
- Season tenderloins on both sides with salt and pepper
- Pulse breadcrums, paremsan, parsley, and garlic in a food processor
- Make your egg wash by whisking eggs and adding some milk
- Dip tenderloin into egg wash, flour, and the mixed ingredients
- Add coated tenderloins into the pan with a quarter cup grape seed oil or rice grain oil
- Pan fry until golden and crispy
