Shrimp Pappardelle

INGREDIENTS

  • 12oz Package of Wixter Shrimp
  • Half a head of garlic
  • Chili Flakes
  • Olive Oil
  • Basil
  • Lemon
  • Parsley
  • Pappardelle (optional) Pasta Noodles
  • Butter

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Chop a tablespoon of parsley
  2. Thinly slice 5 cloves of garlic
  3. Cook pasta noodles in boiling water
  4. In a pan, add olive oil, chili flakes, garlic, salt, and pepper
  5. Drop shrimp into the pan and sweat
  6. Add a little pasta water or white wine to the pan with your shrimp
  7. Add some fresh lemon juice to the shrimp
  8. Loosely chop a quarter cup of basil and a teaspoon of lemon zest
  9. Add a taplespoomn of chopped parsley
  10. Add two tablespoons of butter
  11. Simmer noodles with shrimp and sauce for 2 to 4 minutes
  12. Plate and top with some parmesan
