INGREDIENTS
- 12oz Package of Wixter Shrimp
- Half a head of garlic
- Chili Flakes
- Olive Oil
- Basil
- Lemon
- Parsley
- Pappardelle (optional) Pasta Noodles
- Butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- Chop a tablespoon of parsley
- Thinly slice 5 cloves of garlic
- Cook pasta noodles in boiling water
- In a pan, add olive oil, chili flakes, garlic, salt, and pepper
- Drop shrimp into the pan and sweat
- Add a little pasta water or white wine to the pan with your shrimp
- Add some fresh lemon juice to the shrimp
- Loosely chop a quarter cup of basil and a teaspoon of lemon zest
- Add a taplespoomn of chopped parsley
- Add two tablespoons of butter
- Simmer noodles with shrimp and sauce for 2 to 4 minutes
- Plate and top with some parmesan
