  • Manage Stress: Chronically elevated cortisol directly increases visceral fat storage. Even 10 minutes of daily meditation or deep breathing can significantly reduce this stress hormone. (Max-Intensity Training helps lower cortisol levels as well)

  • Eat Real Food: High-quality meats like Piedmontese beef, fermented veggies, and clean water. Your body thrives on high-quality, nutrient-dense food.

  • Avoid Alcohol: Just one alcohol-free month can melt that fat away.

  • Prioritize Sleep: Bad sleep = more visceral fat. Get your routine right!

  • Max-Intensity Training:  Short bursts at maximum effort + cold exposure, sauna, and nature walks = a visceral fat shredder.
